Cancellation Policy

At Coast Aesthetics, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need changed or cancelled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24- hours prior for all services so we can fill your spot with clients on our wait list that would love to come visit us. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hour policy, you will be charged a $50 fee for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. Any services cancelled same day will be considered a no show and you will be charged a $50 fee. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via email and must be paid before your next appointment.

No-Show Policy

If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you a $50 fee with your on-file credit card. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments. Any fees left unpaid, will be sent an invoice via email.

Late Policy

If you are 10 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we can start you late you will be charged full price, but will recieve a shortened service so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged $50 fee for a missed appointment.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates purchased can not be returned, no exceptions. You must have your gift card physically with you the day of your service. Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services, as we raise prices due to increased cost from our suppliers. All gift certificates have a one year expiration date.
